Dear AI geeks, please help answer these questions related to Agentic AI

- Our customer is thinking that ServiceNow has several AI agents ootb and many use cases ootb, but to my knowledge (at least looking the at docs), we hardly , HARDLY, have use cases in single numbers ootb.
(Side note - we even built few use cases on our own, but facing one or the other issue. Support team is taking their own sweet time to solve them. So for us, this product is still in crawl state)
Questions asked by customer:
1. To show demo on all the use cases
2. Which ai agents we need to start in ph1, ph2 etc
3. Share the details on numbers of human agent hrs that we are going to save with Agentic AI
4. What will be our ROI
My answers to above questions would be - hold on for next 1 year as we don't have much today in this space yet . It's still in preliminary stage.

My suggestion is,
- Enable the OOTB Agents in a non-prod instance (poc/pov,etc)
- Analyse the capabilities of the agents and their usefulness. If you have been working with the process owners and other stakeholders, you should be able to judge on how these AI Agent capabilities would be useful for your organisation.
- Then, setup a demo session with the respective stakeholders and gather their thoughts/willingness to go further.
- Based on the outcome of these demo sessions, you/your customer should be able to update your ServiceNow roadmap in start consuming the AI Agents for various products.
- Timeline for deployment of AI Agents across different products should be aligned to the ServiceNow roadmap which will help you to segregate the phase 1, phase 2, etc.
- For your points 3 and 4, regarding the effort reduction or RoI, you can not make a judgement until you are able to understand the products/processes that would consume the AI Agents and how ready their processes are to start using AI capabilities.
There are several AI Agents, Agentic Workflows and Skills that are available OOTB. Enable the plugins for the respective products and analyse their capabilities.
