Few questions on on-premise ServiceNow instance

1. Is ServiceNow still selling on-prem ServiceNow product?

2. Does each and EVERY ServiceNow's feature/capability be made available in on-premise ServiceNow instance? like AI capabilities as well? 

3. ServiceNow currently uses MariaDB in the backend, but is in the process of transitioning to RaptorDB by the end of 2025. How will it work for on-prem customers?
