Guided self service linked with AI search is not taking me to the actual user interface

I have installed Guided self service plugin and have created process in there.
I want to link it with AI search so users can navigate to it using the search.
So, I created:
1. Index source (Table: sn_ex_sp_gd_help_process)
2. search source
Linked with search profile, connected with navigation, EVAM and template all done.
Result:
Expected: User can find the process in search, click on it and then use it to get to the desired knowledge article/catalog item.
Result I have: User can find the process in search, click on it but it just opens the process record and not opens it as a user interactive view.
Please suggest.
Is there a way we can redirect from "sn_ex_sp_gd_help_process" to sn_ex_sp_gd_help_execution considering these are not parent child tables.
