How to add alias names for the values in the report or in database views?

How can I add alias names for column values? I can add alias names to the column, but I am unable to add them to the column values. Can someone guide me on the correct way?

Values must be factual or real, not aliases. You can only set aliases for column names, not for the values.

Thank you for your response, @Dr Atul G- LNG. In my example, I would like my report to show numeric values that correspond to specific references: for instance, 1 refers to ABC, and 2 refers to XYZ. Is this possible?
