You all are aware there ServiceNow is expanding its products left and right.
New products/solutions coming up frequently.
Enhancements added to existing products.
Some product you would have learnt and ServiceNow would have deprecated and replaced with newer one.
Gen AI on the other side.
So many platform capabilities.
100s of products in this platform.
Learn products? Learn scripting? Learn process?
My question is how one has to keep up with ServiceNow? For sure, one cannot learn everything - next to impossible.
Learn/keep getting updated on one particular product like ITSM or CSM or ITSM or HRSD only or XYZ only?
ServiceNow also has introduced CTAs, CMA's etc.. I have interacted with so many of them but none of them gave me good answers.
Where is ServiceNow heading? Which product to focus on? I have 100's of questions.
Please share your opinions/thoughts if you have got my question!!!

Hi @Suggy ,
You are absolutely correct, ServiceNow introducing new module in almost in every releasees and its very difficult to learn all module and get ample amount of knowledge in each.
I will share my personal opinion here: IT is something if you will stop learning then down fall will start, so keep learning is the right way to be fit for the jobs.
- Lean trending module like ITOM, CSM, HRSD, Integrations and Gen AI.
- Get proper knowledge in it.
- Keep yourself updated based on new releases of ServiceNow related these modules.
This is what i do, i do not target to learn everything 🙂

Hi @Suggy,
Wow, that's great question, and we all are trying to know and learn new features every day.
But the fact is, we cant get that, honestly, be in line of application means whatever you are working on go in that direction and keep learning.
Community & NowLearning portal are best place to learn.
Social media pages and other exerpts post, read it if that aline to your role & responsibility.
Note: Do not try to leaning everything. 😂
-Thanks,
AshishKM
