Like any exam (2024 won't be any different): take the course, check the exam blueprint for a general overview of what the questions will be about, practice on a PDI or (even better) take part in an implementation. Study, practice, study, practice. Give it a couple of months of just doing and schedule the exam.

Hi @Chandana13 ,

 

  1. Utilize enough time to take the learning and understand the learning material provided by ServiceNow
  2. Utilize enough time to read the eBook and understand what there is written
  3. Have a fundamental good understanding of ServiceNow, abbreviations and tables 
  4. Play around in your PDI to get your hands dirty according to the learning material.

Based on above is completed and that you feel that you're ready, then go for the exam.
