Context: Hi, I'm in the early stages of helping complete a Policy and Compliance POC for a client, but their ServiceNow team/environment isn't as established as their other platforms they're using so there hasn't been a dedicated architect on their side.
Question: I'm also asking my team, but I'd like your input on best practices and what kind of information is helpful for an account owner and what you think would help a client best decide if it's worth it to use Policy and Compliance as opposed to a custom application with a few tables. What additional details about how I've built this out might help?
What I currently have: I'm putting everything into a "one pager" (with the supporting official documentation of course) with:
- Links to all official resources as far as how the application is structured out of box and the official guidance on custom tables
 - Table Breakdown of Policy & Compliance with highlights for what we've used for the POC and what is on the roadmap
 - Specific Details on what we've leaned on to meet specific requirements, such as using sn_grc_choice and the justification for using an extended custom table
