We need to implement discovery for AWS Servers. We have explored 3 different options so far other than Credential based discovery:
1)Nmap - Doesn’t give enough details.
2)Agent Based discovery
3)JEA(Just Enough Administration)
2 and 3 work fine for discovery, but I want to understand if its a good idea for Service mapping, which is on the roadmap.
Can tag-based Service mapping be used with these methods of Servicenow.
