Hi Team,

Can anyone help me on this issue?

Why LDAP Listener is not updating user in ServiceNow user table even if we update the user on Active directory.

A few things you can try is testing the credentials, restarting the listener, and possibly restarting the MID if your connection is going through a mid.

Hi, I believe it will be integrated through the import set table. I request you, pls check with the import set table and failure transaction and find the error reasons.  It will help to identify the error where its starting from.
