LIMIT THE DISPLAY OF TECHNICIAN WORK NOTE ON RITM ACTIVITY STREAM IN PORTAL

How can I manage the conditional display of worknote on the ticket portal page? I need to NOT show the worknote if the logged in user does not have the ITIL role even if the user profile has the business_stakeholder role in the ESC RITM activity stream.

Read access to work notes in RITM table is provided by the role "sn_request_read".

By default, "business_stakeholder" role contains "sn_request_read". Hence, all business stakeholders are allowed to view the work notes of RITM.

 

To remove this permission, just remove "sn_request_read" role from the "business_stakeholder" role.

 

PS: Hit "Correct", "Helpful" or "Like" depending on the impact of the response.
