I want to upload CSV file to request access with a single submission should be different users and different roles ,

 

previous development part  not a catalog item, i have seen this is pages ,.

can u please help

Hi Ankur,

 

But it should also go to approvals with out changing the flow 
if u have any thing for reference , Can u pplease share the link
