Hello

is it possible to add a "view PDF" link for the pdf documents uploaded in a forum on the portal so that the users don't have to download the PDFs before they can view them? or do we need to create a custom widget for this ask?

what's the best way to configure/implement this function?

ServiceNow has a capability called Document viewer which you can use to see the docs in the browser itself rather than downloading it, refer to below doc to understand how it works:

I know about Document Viewer, but it works for the platform, I need the same thing for the portal, any ideas?
