Hi,
We have many plugins installed in the instance across multiple modules (ITSM, CSM, ham, sam, GRc.. etc). How can we track what is the current version of this plugins and what will be the latest version. Is there a way we can compare instead of manually checking each plugins.

everything is shown in plugins module
It shows what's your current version and what's the next version available to update based on compatibility
It also shows Update available for which of your installed plugins
When you click that plugin it tells what's current version in your instance, which is the latest version available for you and the compatibility

Ya, i know how to check current plugin version and the latest version. My concern is i dont want to go and check each plugin manually. If there are 100 plugins, how can i compare the versions. Is there any best approach i can have a dashboard or report to validate in a one go for all plugins.

Hi @ramesham
You can go to sys plugins tables and in list view you can add the required fields. Along these have a look on these tables
The following tables are helpful to get information about plugins:
sys_plugins
v_plugin
sys_plugin_log
syslog_transaction
sys_package
sys_progress_worker

I believe this should answer your question
for store app the table is "sys_store_app". here you can check installed and latest version
for plugins, you can check sys_plugins table, it shows installed/current version but not shows Latest version
