Query on Provider Notification

Hi All,
I have some query about provider Notification:
In my instance these provider Notification are disabled, but then also we are getting actionable notification for RITM approve or reject. Is there any other which needs to be taken care.

How I can know, that which notification is getting triggered.
Kindly guide
