ServiceNow and Azure Blob Architecture

Good Morning all beautiful people.

I would like to understand architecture design for blob provisioning from servicenow Integration hub.
I understand working through flow designer but i need to understand architecture design, how and what parameters and variables need to pass in order to achieve this. 

Any help would be great?

 The sopke architecture is not shared publicly, it's confined with ServiceNow.
