Hi - I am looking for a highly experienced person to review our ServiceNow architecture and make suggestions for improvement. The end goal is to validate our direction (or steer us in the right direction).
The ServiceNow modules I care about are EAM (Enterprise Asset Management), CSM (Ticketing), and SOMT (Customer Facing Order Management). They also need to have plenty of experience with the ServiceNow APIs.
