Hello team,
We have running integration with third party system that daily triggers the data push to ServiceNow via Import Set REST API. Following the data load, transformation job kicks in. It was working fine all days but one when we noticed that there are many import sets which are stuck in LOADED state for 24 hours. How do we mitigate this stuff? In the long run, we may review the frequency of transactions and we can align our data push accordingly. What is the right thing to do?
I am thinking for monitoring the status of LOADED import sets and trigger them via scheduled job or notify platform admin about issue. What would you do?
