ServiceNow Portal Performance Checks

Hi All,

I need some inputs on below requirements -

- We have our ServiceNow CSM Portal for our customer. We need to put some Performance tests against the Portal (Pages, Widgets) and run it in every 1-2 months to check whether or not our Portal is running smoothly/fast.

- We have hit with some complains where our Portal was slow and we didn't have any Mechanism to know this before our customers report this.

- So, Which is the Best Tools in the market who could build some Dashboards on Portal - pages, widgets and other components and we can check the performance regularly?

- Also, Which is the best tool who could Monitor these Portal components and alert us automatically in case for any Performance decrease?

- Does ServiceNow has any inbuilt tools to build Portal Performance and Alert notification?

Hi,

There is an embeded analytics dashboard, then you can drill down to every portal for more detailed results.

It's under the User Experience Analytics menu.

on the other side how can we measure if portal performance goes down for some Pages/Widgets? as we continue to work on Portal stuffs.
