Hi,
I think you need to connect a group to the subscription. Then members of the group will show up in the Subscribed Users list. As the Groups related list is empty you don't have any groups mapped to the subscription.

Hi,
The only thing I find that indicate that something other than groups can be used is this:
Users subscribed to the applications. Users added via automatic allocation appear as System Entitlement in the source field. Users added via groups appear as Groups.

But how that would work I'm not sure.
