What actions to take after receiving HealthScan scorecard from ServiceNow

Dear Experts,

We recently received health scan scorecards from ServiceNow for our instance. Though it gives some recommendations and areas of improvement in terms of percentage, it does not actually say what artifacts needs to be improved. The recommendations are more generic. I am pasting the score cards for one of our instances below, can someone advise the next steps? Should I reach out to SN account manager to discuss on specific action items? 

 

Manageability - 92%

Performance - 87%

Security - 91%

Upgradeability - 100%

User Experience - 92%

Overall health percent - 92%

Your heath score look good and for further action you can ask ServiceNow to provide Detailed Health Scan Report. These reports often include actionable insights, such as specific tables, scripts, or configurations contributing to lower scores. On the basis of actionable item look for customization where best practice have not been followed, this is what i had done for one my client to improve the system performance.
