Hi All,
I would like to know the advantages of Green field implementation over Transition from one ServiceNow Instance from another Existing ServiceNow Instance.
We have a scenario where we need to remove few modules from one ServiceNow instance and add it to another existing ServiceNow instance or to start a greenfield field implementation.
Can anyone help me to understand the advantages of Greenfield implementation instead of moving the things to existing ServiceNow instance

In Both Approach Service Now Tool - Must be running as per Defined Process for Given Module. If there is any Delta in Process in last few years :
green Field Start is a Quick Start and as time goes on You can reshape the Tool as per Your Process (Iteratively and Incrementally).
Big-Bang roll out takes time.
But approach depends on organization to Organization as many time you have some compliance/Contract(in case of Vendor/Provider) factor which always forces you to Make Changes in tool.
