Where to find info on licenses for all ServiceNow applications : standard , professional, enterprise

My company is in initial journey of ServiceNow.

Where could I get information on license associated with all applications : Standard , Professional, Enterprise.

So If i have to check what license model will suit my company needs where can I get that information.

I tried to find it on web but could not get much.

this is for already in place application (subscription management). What I am looking for :

what all license model come for Vulnerability response : VR std, VR pro , VR enterprise.

Do we have information on such thing anywhere , where I can get info on other apps
