An interesting question was raised the other day, which Architecture frameworks does Service Now reference when designing new (or updating existing) capabilities, functionalities, and methodologies for ITOM and ITBM?
TOGAF, COBIT, IT4IT, ITIL,..... another?
It would be helpful to understand so we can align or close any gaps with the framework we're using.

Hi,
Service Now follows the methodology of ITIL and that’s the main reason why organizations who use ITIL framework have service now as the preferred tool for them.

Thank you for the prompt response. This is what I thought and wanted to hear 🙂 since we are ITIL shop too.
