I had to use my government account, which I no longer have access to, in order to take my CSA exam. I no longer work for the government so how can I transfer my certificate to my personal account in order to take my yearly refresher test? Please help! Thanks!

you can merge your accounts, process is described here Merging my email (accounts),transfer certifications, badges to new email and eventually you can create a case from SN University > Help Centre
