Hi @SaiShekarS,
The Business Continuity Management (BCM) module provides a structured framework to support continuous management activities such as business impact analysis, continuity planning, exercise management, and crisis response.
Key out-of-the-box features include:
(i) Create a business impact analysis
Create and manage BIAs through the BCM Workspace to collect essential planning information. This ensures structured and consistent management of business impact analyses and related records.
(ii) Create an exercise
Run exercises linked to continuity plans. Track start and end dates, monitor task completion, calculate total effort, and add ad-hoc tasks as needed.
(iii) Home page view
Provides an interactive overview of crisis events, BIAs, plans, and exercises. Users can track items across their lifecycle states (Draft, In Review, Approved, etc.) with visual insights and monitoring tools.
(iv) My Tasks Page View
A consolidated view for users to see pending tasks, group assignments, and watch list tasks in one place, streamlining task management.
(v) Sending notifications with Everbridge
Enable emergency communication by sending real-time crisis alerts to stakeholders via Everbridge integration.
(vi) Create a business continuity plan
Develop a business continuity plan that includes a response strategy, and have it reviewed by BCM leads and program managers.
(vii) Start a crisis event
Take action during a real crisis event and oversee the related event tasks.
(viii) Manage alerts from the map interface
Use the Crisis Map interface to monitor alerts, identify threats and their geographic locations in relation to your assets, and take actions such as opening, dismissing, editing the impacted area, or reverting changes.
For further details, you may explore the Business Continuity Management documentation.
Thanks & Regards,
Muhammad Iftikhar
