Hi Team,

I am not able to login my PDI due to MFA.

I have configured MFA in my old mobile which I lost hence not able to give MFA code while login to PDI. I need your help to setup MFA on my new mobile or please let me know how to disable MFA for my PDI.

Hi @Ram70,

log in to your PDI after login to Developer site:

https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do

You can just click the Start Building button, and if not accessible then try the following procedure:

It will allow you to access the instance as admin. And then to disable the MFA:

Please let me know if that helped you, feel free to give Kudos or Accept solution or tell me what else would it take to it.

@Ram70

the above property will disable the MFA for the whole instance, if you want to turn it off for selected roles only, do it via MFA Criteria - e.g. selected roles are required to use MFA but others no.

Hi GlideFather,

Thanks for your response.

I am not able to login instance at all, after giving the user credential it is asking me to enter MFA code.

@Ram70 go to https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do and click Start building button and you will be logged in, if not, then click the Manage Instance Password.

It shall let you in with new admin account
