Hello Everyone,

I'm currently working on the Help Center for specific application. I want to know how to add What's New tab in the help center which will indicate the latest information about the release or features.

I can't able to find, how to edit the help center to bring that or add the content in that

Please let me know, if there is a way for it!whats-new.png

Hi @Thulasidharan ,

See if is helpful:-

To add a "What's New" tab in the ServiceNow help center, you'll need to leverage the Now Experience Framework and UI Builder. First, navigate to UI Builder and open the relevant experience. Then, create or open the page where you want the tab to appear. Add a "Tab set" component to the page and configure it to include your "What's New" tab. You can then add content to the tab, such as a list, button, or heading, to display the new features or updates.

Also check - https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/zurich-platform-user-interface/page/build/adoption-services/t...

Hi @Nikhil Bajaj9 ,

Thanks for the reply, But I'm seeing that the help center, which is not specific to the pages, I guess.

I opened the page in the relevant experience and added tab component in the page, but how it will be displayed in the what's new in help center?

Even though I looked into these doc: https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/yokohama-platform-user-interface/page/build/adoption-services...

Still I'm not able to find how to add what's new Tab and the content inside it
