Current date in transform map

I am working on a transform map which puts the current date into a date field, but I can't get it to work.   Any help is appreciated!

I figured it out and will answer my own question in case others can use the information!

With the source script shown below, the date was being added in the wrong format.   I updated the format as shown and the source script worked.
