Hello, I am working on a project to implement the walk-up experience and I was recalling there was a talk at a SNUG in Atlanta from the team at Emory who did the walk-up experience for the IT helpdesk. I recall there was a tablet/mobile element where the customer could walk up and select a time slot. I was wondering if someone from the Emory team remembers this presentation and might have a recording/ demo of it? It may have been before the pandemic.

Hello, we do not have a recording of the event itself. However, I, the presenter, do have a recording of the workflow from both the customer and technical perspectives. I can share this with you. Please provide your email address, and I will send it to you. - Tiffany

Our organization implemented the walk-up experience a few weeks ago and enable to the table/mobile element. Unfortunately our onsite team did not implement the element but it was configured for usage. We did however implement the ability to select a timeslot to schedule the walk-up session but it was from the portal view only.

Hello, I am asking because we are trying to configure the walk-up experience but it seems OOTB it's very difficult to add additional questions to the walk up experience like the business wants and I am wondering if there is a way around that.
