Call for AI Hackathon Use Cases

Dear ServiceNow Community,

We're excited to announce that we're organizing the next Austrian ServiceNow User Group (SNUG) as an AI Hackathon this autumn. The exact date and venue location will be announced shortly.

To make this event truly valuable, we'd like to build it around real business challenges from our community.

We're looking for your AI use cases!

Do you have a process that could benefit from AI? A repetitive task that should be automated? An idea you've always wanted to prototype with ServiceNow AI?

We want to hear from you!

Examples include:

• AI-powered employee or customer experiences
• Agentic AI workflows
• Virtual Agent enhancements
• AI-assisted ITSM, HR, CSM, or SecOps
• Intelligent document processing
• Knowledge management and search
• Workflow automation with AI
• Predictive analytics and decision support
• Any innovative ServiceNow + AI idea you'd like to explore

What happens at the Hackathon?

We'll select a set of community-submitted use cases and, together with ServiceNow experts and partners, build working prototypes during the event. The goal is to learn, collaborate, and showcase what's possible with the latest AI capabilities on the Now Platform.

• The expected outcome or value

No idea is too big or too small—we're looking for practical challenges that inspire innovation.
