I got a Utah PDI assigned. However, I am unable to see any tables or some of the menu items

I got a Utah PDI assigned. However, I am unable to see any tables or some of the menu items like Credentials, Scripts Background etc. Where can I log in a ticket for PDI so that the issue can be fixed. I am unable to do any exercises as the menu items referenced in them are not visible. Any help would be appreciated.

Login through the https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do and try to reset you instance.

Hi @snow_now 

Check whether you have proper roles and correct plugins installed in your PDI related to that tables and menus.

Also, try to clear the instance cache by adding a cache.do in end of instance url

and logout and login
