is flow design workflow restrict translating text value?

Hi,

I have submitted request into service portal. the catalog item associated with flow design.

Please advise me, is flow design restrict to translating field label value..because when i try to change other language, the stage value showing in default language (english) only. below is the screenshot.

I changed the language to french, after that i raised ticket in service portal. after submission, the page displays request id, stage value details..the stage value didnt translate, it showing english only.

please assist me how to fix this issue

Hi Deepa,

May be in the flow designer they have passed the values (i.e. names only), so try to pass the sysid of the person or group name. In that case language didn't disturb the flow

Thanks for reply, i have not used any group, user values. Task has been created if the request item status is in work in progress. please refer below screenshot: i am facing this language translation issue for all flow design used in service catalog.
