Yeah, after new upgrade in ServiceNow (Yokohama) one of my customers is asking why the monitors are excluded from audits, we need to check in asset management, system properties or some system fields, no idea exactly but he is asking what the exact reason for this issue could be.
This is the first time happened and it wasn't before any ServiceNow instance upgrade.

Did you check the release notes? If it's not in there and you are certain it is caused by the upgrade, the only place to find the exact answer to 'why did this happen' is with ServiceNow, so if the release notes don't provide an answer, log a Case with NowSupport.

No I didn't check release notes, may I know where can I find that?
