Next steps after CSA & CAD

i am a student and recently started my servicenow journey. i am certified in both CSA and CAD, i wanted to explore more into servicenow. So, for that what is the best way to do that. what should i consider according to the present market, if i want secure a job.

I will suggest you to practice with different use cases in your developer PDI.

As a interviewer  I have taken couple of candidates interview from different college/university who has cleared CSA,CAD both. But when started to ask basic question then use cases, they do not know anything.

• Go through this scripting , it will help you to give solution for the Use cases.
• Build some idea on AI feature of servicenow ( go through course/ video)
•  ServiceNow University: Access structured lessons and certification preparation courses on the NOW learning portal/ServiceNow University.
• Networking: Engage with the official ServiceNow community forums and LinkedIn groups to connect with industry professionals
• Follow Career journey Path for further grow (role wise) in your ServiceNow project

As per my understanding, Deepen your platform expertise and get Micro Certifications. This will strengthen your understanding, which are core to many implementations.

Also Focus on in-demand modules, Areas such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and HRSD are widely adopted by enterprises. Hands-on practice with PDIs, keep experimenting with Personal Developer Instances (PDIs). Try building catalog items, workflows, integrations, and automation.

Also I’d suggest prioritizing CIS DF in June and simultaneously gaining exposure. For study you can prefer :
