Personalize List Columns is not working for Risk Control Assessments {Related list of Control (sn_compliance_control)}

For Risk Control Assessment tab of Control , When user adds additional columns from the available section into the selected section the additional columns added are not visible on the list. List is always showing the columns that has been set from Related list of List Layout. Any change made in Personalize List Columns by user is not visible in List.

Risk Control Assessment is the OOB relationship.

If any user modify it using gear icon of the list like below -

It is not showing up -

Can anyone help what can be the issue and how we can resolve this issue.

Hi @Souvik Samanta ,

try clearing instance cache by going to
<instance url>/cache.do

then try logging out and logging in

also try changing the "view name" dropdown to default in the sluck bucket

Hi Souvik,

Were able to find route cause for this issue?? I am also facing similar issue with risk statement>risk related list.

Could you please help me on solution if you were able to find something?
