Request for ServiceNow CSA & CAD Certification Vouchers

I’m planning to pursue the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications.

I wanted to check with the SNUG community if anyone has CSA or CAD certification vouchers available or knows of any current voucher programs, discounts, or opportunities to obtain them.

Any guidance or leads would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, the voucher facility is not available. You will have to pay the exam fee plus applicable taxes .

Just a quick update based on the current ServiceNow certification process in 2026.

The traditional Webassessor voucher system is no longer used for ServiceNow mainline certifications. Since November 18, 2025, ServiceNow has transitioned certification exams to Pearson VUE, so you generally don't need to obtain a separate CSA/CAD voucher before scheduling the exam.

For CSA and CAD, you can check ServiceNow University → My University Account → My Exams and register/schedule the exam through Pearson VUE.

A few options I would recommend checking before paying out of pocket:

1. ServiceNow Partner Organization – If you work for a ServiceNow Partner, check with your organization's ServiceNow Partner/Training administrator. Your organization may have learning credits or certification benefits that can cover the exam.

2. College/University partnerships – If you are a student or associated with an institution participating in ServiceNow programs, check whether your institution has any certification sponsorship or funded exam attempts.

3. Employer sponsorship/reimbursement – Many ServiceNow employers/partners may sponsor or reimburse certification costs. It is worth checking with HR, your manager, or the ServiceNow training/certification coordinator.

4. ServiceNow campaigns/programs – Keep an eye on ServiceNow Community and Now Learning announcements for any limited-time certification campaigns or sponsored exam opportunities. Free exam attempts may still be offered through specific programs, but these should not be confused with the old voucher system.

5. Now Learning – Make sure your CSA/CAD learning paths and exam eligibility are correctly reflected in your Now Learning account before scheduling.

One more important point: I would be cautious about accepting or purchasing an old “CSA/CAD voucher” from another person, because vouchers from the previous Webassessor process are no longer the normal route for certification.

If your main goal is to reduce or completely avoid the exam fee, I would first check whether you are connected with a ServiceNow Partner, ServiceNow-supported college/program, or an organization that provides learning credits or certification sponsorship.
