In LinkedIn , I saw someone's update on receiving 

 prize: ServiceNow Mainline Certification free exam attempt - International Winner at  Last week or last to last week.

Hi @Tushar ,

 

I received the "You're a Lift Off to Knowledge winner (pending verification)" email on 31st March and returned the signed paperwork within the 3 calendar day deadline however, I've not received any further communication regarding the free exam attempt.

After re-reading the paperwork, there is no mention of timescales however the following is taken directly from the paperwork:

I received an email Wednesday evening (BST/GMT+1) from ServiceNow University containing details of how to claim my free exam attempt - hopefully you'll receive yours soon too.
