Hi @Tushar ,

I received the "You're a Lift Off to Knowledge winner (pending verification)" email on 31st March and returned the signed paperwork within the 3 calendar day deadline however, I've not received any further communication regarding the free exam attempt.

After re-reading the paperwork, there is no mention of timescales however the following is taken directly from the paperwork:

I received an email Wednesday evening (BST/GMT+1) from ServiceNow University containing details of how to claim my free exam attempt - hopefully you'll receive yours soon too.

On 23rd April, I received an email from ServiceNow with the subject “You have a free certification attempt – claim it now.” After submitting my details through the form, I also received a confirmation.

However, it appears that the deadline to submit the form is May 31, so we can expect the free certification attempt to be granted after that date. Until then, we will need to wait.
