Do we have a Parent/Child Concept within ServiceNow Change Module ?

Yes, the parent-child change concept exists, but it’s not directly accessible. You need to add the parent field on the change form, and in the related list, you’ll have to change the table as mentioned in the screenshot.

For change 004 , there is no parent as of now
