How to identify devices whether they are laptop or Desktop for computer table

Hi Folks,
I have performed MS Intune Integration and populating data for computer table in CMDB but not able to identify the correct category and sub-category of the respective device whether it is laptop or desktop.
So can anyone help to sort out this confusion..

What is the data that you do get into ServiceNow? If it isn't able to tell you from there, you need to get more data. You are just telling us that you can't identify it, but without knowing what you do get, it's impossible to tell you what to change to fulfill your requirement.

We are fetching end user devices from MS Intune to service Now, Hardware and computer are category and subcategory out of box respectively, but now we just want to segregate them as laptop and desktop.
Is there any out of box feature available which can be helpful to achieve it?

Hi @sadhna ,
Intune does not have 2nd level of information that it is a laptop or desktop so you can add those categories in mapping but you can build your own logic to populate the sub category. For that you need to understand you data and find the identifier. once the you get the identifier then write BR to update the sub-category.
