need help in creating tabular format report

Hello All,

Can someone help me in creating a report in tabular format which looks like below table. I tried with Pivot table but it is taking creation date and not the month. Suggestions would be appreciated. 

Requirement: Monthwise major incident count for different streams. 

	HR	R&D	Sales	Marketing	IT
Jan	0	1	2	1	0
Feb	0	0	2	0	0
Mar
Apr
May
Jun
Jul

You can get this; use pivot type in report

[Dr Atul G- LNG]

Then you need to use PA only, in standard reporting it is not possible or convert this report in trend type.
