Now getting back to the business If you are absolutely new to ServiceNow you can have your account created and get your own PDI to practice it. For the beginners I would suggest you the following channels from YouTube which offers great knowledge yet free.
1. SAAS with servicenow.
2. Snow expert.
3. Tech with pree.
Add your topic in front of those and you will get the perfect results.
For scripting, I will suggest go with the Chuck Thomasi's scripting training video this will offer you knowledge for simple JavaScript as well as JavaScript that is used in ServiceNow.
