I’m facing an issue with the "Request Extension" functionality in the Vulnerable Item (or Application Vulnerable Item) module.
I've configured the choices in Reason field to include some predefined choices (OOB) as well as custom ones. When I select an OOB choices in reason field, the "Request Extension" button becomes visible and works as expected. However, when I select a custom choices in reason field, the "Request Extension" button does not appear.
While, the "Request Exception" button works fine regardless of the reason selected—both OOB and custom values.
Could you please help investigate why the "Request Extension" button isn't responding to custom reason selections?
