After deleting the data from the environment its not reflecting in the dashboard.
How can i sync the dashboard with the data in the system.
For :
Request
change
problem
incident
etc

That means that something is wrong in your report. We can't look into your instance, so without providing us the conditions/filters, we can't help you. If this is a KPI that is used as data source, the answer will simply be that PA jobs only run once a day, but we don't know if that's the case, because you only respond with one sentence answers instead of helping others help you.

You need to be more specific. What did you do and what kind of reports are you talking about? PA will only update when the jobs run. Normal reports are depending on your conditions and what you did.

After testing the enviornment i deleted the demo/ test data but in the sow the dashboard eg: Request management overview is showing data that has been deleted. I tried to run related jobs still its showing data from the old data.
