I am trying to create a playbook for Change Enablement. I see the Card created in the overview screen to take the risk assessment. However, there is no task in the Playbook Designer for this. Has anyone implemented this yet?

Hi @dboudreau670890,
No, there's no out-of-the-box playbook activity for risk assessment. It's a framework gap, not a bug: the overview card runs on the Assessment engine (asmt_assessment_instance, linked to the change via task_id), while Playbook Designer activities live entirely in Process Automation Designer. The two never talk to each other by default, so you have to build the bridge yourself as a custom playbook activity:
- Add a Custom Activity UI in UI Builder that queries asmt_assessment_instance for the change and surfaces the survey inline
- Or back it with a Flow Designer subflow that checks assessment state and percent_answered, then returns that to the activity's outputs
- Gate the playbook stage on percent_answered = 100 so nobody can skip it
Thank you,
