Default Value is missing when create a new task type for change_task in SOW

I am following the document Create a task type for problem or change in Service Operations Workspace to create a new task type called "Assessment" .  When I create a new task type for change in Service Operation Workspace, the "Value" is empty and target field cannot be selected.  The Does anyone help me to check if there is any control for the Value?

Hi Mark, if you mean the correct application, yes, I am in the right scope of application.  However, no matter which application I am in, the field value is empty.  Do you think there is something regarding ACL?

You do need the correct roles on the table so see the values, so looking into that could point you to a solution.
