1. There are PA indicator involved in calculating Change success score. There are many stats with different view of perspective. You can lookinto the PA indicator for Change success score on how they are calculated.

2. I don't believe there is any direct relationship with change risk and change success score. Change risk is primarily for specific change done on Infra, Which identify risk associated to that change.
