Hi,
I am going the lab in ServiceNow University for the DevOps Change Velocity Implementation course and I am blocked at step 12 of the guide.
I previous steps, we are asked to go to the "Change - Overview Container" and add Change Overview Cards for risk, Approver and Impact to a state:Authorized step.
I obviously did something wrong because at step 12 we are being asked to go back to the SOW and view the new configurations in an existing change. I keep seeing the old Cards and not the new ones.
To reload the SOW as requested in the lab guide, I pressed the reload page in my browser. Should I have used another way of reloading the page? Is there a missing step in the lab guide before step 12? Or I'm having a "code 18" moment and would really appreciate a bit of help.
