Calculated Fields in Report

I need a field which calculates the difference between 2 dates.  Is there a way for an ITIL user to do this in the report interface; or do I need a developer to do some type of coding, or add this as a field in the INC table?

we have a feature called "Functional field" you don't have to code , please follow the below steps

Reports:

Creeate a functional field as below: select datediff function and pass date fields.

Save and add the functional filed column to the report and run  :

The functional field button is now visible to us, could be disabled by our company?

Hi Hemanth, is this also possible on aggregated data? e.g. to calculate Successful Change% as (Total Successful changes / Total Changes)?
