Calculated Fields in Report

I need a field which calculates the difference between 2 dates.  Is there a way for an ITIL user to do this in the report interface; or do I need a developer to do some type of coding, or add this as a field in the INC table?

Hemanth this is not visible to us. We have Reporting Admin roles but the function_field_admin role is not available to us. So this is helpful and thank you for your assistance.

FYI:  BEWARE: I gave the ability to create functional fields to one of our users.  It turns out that each functional field is stored in the table's dictionary definition as a column.  It is NOT limited to just the report.  If this is what you want, have at it.  But I would be afraid of losing control over the table structure.
